After years (and disappointment by RS 1.6 or similar I played in past which was by far too easy for my liking as I went to conquer world with ease and stopped playing), I decided to download and give RS II a try as one of my friends was highly praising it.
As per usual hastodolist, I went to read all topics related to script, help, questions, economy, traits and whatnot I could find, even tried the survival guide but decided ill go on my own fate ingame for teh lulz.
My first question to this is bit off related - i Noticed a very interesting legion tracking feature, however I wonder, if there is a version that lets me keep track of even pre-marian legions and similar, it seems to have just single list which is not enough I believe to write down entire history of Rome.
second - are there any house rules? like in SPQR we got no retraining for numbered legions unless 20 turns passed from their recruitment or no bridge battles for obvious reasons.
third - huge settings for units - do they matter too much or I can just happily play with vast armies?
Fourth - I heard long and many battles on 0 turn recruitment. While I am used to it, is there way to decrease the amount of battles fought at least somehow?
If I come up with more, ill ask.
I would much appreciate any answers to the related questions. Cheers![]()
