    Default Rome Total War

    Hi guys i recently bought a new laptop windows7 but having troble installing Rome Total war and Barbarian Invasion when i load the games in they dont fit the full the screen and whe i play the battles it appears smaller.I have no trouble with with Empire Total War and Medevil Total War 2 which fits the screen fully does anyone have ideas on how to fix this.

    Are you playing in 'windowed' mode?

    This is done either using the -ne shortcut properties target line (e.g. "C:\SKN Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\RomeTW.exe" -show_err -movie_cam -ne) or by the 'Run' box (mine is set to 'Normall Window').

    It may look like this:

    What resolution have you set the game to and what is the 'native' resolution of your screen?

    Its is set at the highest resolution for windows7 but not sure about native res but Empire total war and Medevil Total war work grand and all fit the screen when loaded in.

    Hi tried that but still hasnt worked i have uploaded an image for you to see the problem that im havin installing it with the screen.
    i end up with two black sides at the end of screen as seen in the picture.
