How exactly do i get vampire generals?? and then get them necromancy, and improve the necromantic skills of my existing necromancers?

As i know - you can't improve necromacy skill. You have to take care of Your Leader and Heir.

Your another generals will have only basic necromancy skill.

I am wondering what the answer to the firs question is, how do you get Vampire Generals? Since the children of my Vampires don't have the Vampire trait and thus they also don't have the command diability during battle in the day.
