Need little help...

First time im playing this game, i know most of you will say wtf you doing here now but im old fart ok!

Anyway, need little help. See i payed that intro camp. when Napoleon is boy. All fine. Then came to Italy camp and game starts that lady that helps in top left corner keeps talking and thats it. cant do anything after that. Game freezes. im forced to do that "thing" CTRL ALT DEL. my PC is way better than what is recomended so not sure whether any of yous had this problem. Coalition camp is ok. I can play this no worries.

By the way is it possible to play any other faction except main 4?! And why we are having Greece in game cos they been under ottoman empire same as Serbia Bugaria Albania... I mean at least thats what they taught me in scool long time ago!

So yes if anyone got any tips how i can fix this i would be very very grateful!!!!!

Greece can be liberated it does not start in the game and it might never be created. I don't know about the freeze does it continue to freeze at the same point or did just happen once? If you cannot play the tutorial just jump in and play the main campaigns ... I never played through all the tutorials either and I don't feel like I missed much. I am hope you have more luck and enjoy the game it is a great one!

Well i finished tutorial that thing when you start at corsica and you go through france. i finished that. Then next one is ITALY camp. SO every time i star italian camp that lady that gives you hints starts talking and in 1 sec game freezes. but she keeps talking until she finishes and thats it. so basically i can play only with other factions but not with france. getting bit upset now!
