Removing old units?

About a year ago i created a bunch on units using the DB Editor, than a few months later I unistalled ETW to free up hard drive space, and now that I installed it again the units are still there but they have no names, and the stats are the same as their original counterparts (Line Infantry, Light Infantry, etc.). Is there anyway I can delete these units and start over again?

just delete the mod
or if they are in your data.. . create a mod ... whit unit_to_exclusiv_faction_permision
and write the name of unit faction and false
like so
euro_republican_conscript_infantry France False
