There is a very odd scripting event that makes playing either Tzeentch or Nurgle almost impossible at the outset, and makes almost not sense for Chaos (I know that nothing is supposed to, it's CHAOS, but hear me out).

Why, at around turn 2-3, do the two other Chaos gods who aren't your rivals declare war on you, and then simultaneously send all of their stacks at you? Even if you consolidate all of your armies (don't expand at all at the start) in order to defend your lands from the incoming hordes (in addition to the forces your rival sends after you), the other armies do enough damage to your stacks (that's IF you manage to defeat them) that you can't do anything meaningful for another 10 turns while your single Citadel replenishes its Chaos Warriors and the Marauders that you've been frantically churning out to replace those that got killed in the invasions.

I'm fine with plenty of the scripted invasions and battles in this mod, but is there any way to disable this script, or at least delay it until turn 20 or so? I need some time to expand and consolidate if I want to hold out against the other gods and plant Tzeentch's flag on the Old World!

Now i play with High Elf, but when i finished it, i will try one of caos faction.

I know very well events that block your expansion, and high elf are difficult to use because can train only in summer and your city must have port building.

So when event come and you lose a city, madness, caos force or Dark Elf, destroy port and other military buildings in attacked city.

So i had to rebuild structure and it was very expencive in terms of turn.

Remember this, Caos Storm is difficult campagn, very fun to play it, don't give up and bite hard, if you resist to the great events of the first 20 turns, then will be all reduction

Hm, I'm not sure whats the problem here. I always rush Nurgle early on, and yes, Khorne did send an army to siege Citadel of Change, but Slaanesh is busy fighting elves and Nurgle. All you have to do is defeat Nurgle really quick, then turn your attention to Khorne. You get a scripted army on like turn 2 I think, so use that one to hold Khorne off while sending all your produced troops to Nurgle. Use marauders as fodder, thats all they're worth!
