Faction Victory Condition Screen?

How do I get new victory conditions to show up on the faction victory condition screen?
Like having to take extra, specific city's.

you have to modify the descr_win_conditions in the C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\bi\data\world\maps\campaign\barbarian_invasion i would recomend also looking at descr_regions in the base folder so you can click and copy the regions name and paste it to the fractions list of thing to conquer

I did that, what I'm trying to accomplish is to get the conditions to show up on the faction screen in game. The one you pick to look at diplomacy, finacial, and faction specific information. I changed the win conditions to add more city's that need to be taken by most factions and it doesn't show on that screen.
