Very strange, I haven't been playing multiplayer (or single player for that matter) kingdoms, but just today AVG said I had the Win32/Heur virus. Could it be that a recent AVG update is causing it to make a mistake?

It would not be the first false-positive AVG has thrown.
I am one of those infected, as my AVG is showing that I had this virus. I doublt that it was a false-positive, as the game (M2TW and mods) keeps freezing, to the point where it's unplayable.
Mine was working fine an hour ago.
If you are fed up with windows virus you can install linux ubuntu and add software like office 2007, nero, ares, adobe reader, fireworks and so on. Even you can install a Windows 7 theme.

Good to hear it.
Hey folks. Credits to Irish for directing me here from my thread
We've all seem to have had this trouble with Win32/Heur, anyone have any ideas on what to do AFTER the virus (or lack thereof if AVG was producing a false-positive) is gone? Because my PC is now running like it's got a hippo strapped to its back and its ridiculous (I'm working in safe mode right now). I'm thinking of dual booting Windows 7 and Linux (I currently have XP service pack 3, but I hear that's not supported anymore).
