I've just played couple turns as Kislev. And I've noticed that Kossars have no free upkeep as it's written in CoW guide. I wonder if it's some kind of bug or it's the way it meant to be?

Kislev - written 25.11.2010 and edited 19.12.2010. So there will be some irregularities between the guides and 1.44. One just needs to read carefully and check the dates.

Yes I know that guide is not newest one, but all factions (as I know) have at least one melee and one ranged free upkeep unit. And I assume that if not Kossars Kislev have no free upkeep ranged unit. So I wanted to know why it is this way and if it's not bug. I know that Kislev is specific faction but I thought that every faction has both melee and ranged units stationed in the city.

Thanks Red Dwarf - I saw that there is ranged free upkeep unit in Kislev - Kvassic (or how does this unit names). So there is no need to modify EDU.
