Unit stats can be found in export_descr_unit.txt in the data folder. There is a bit att he top that explains how the file works.

I've just told where the file is to do this, it is not hard to edit it yourself. Plus there are many tutorials on this in the tutorials section, take the time to look through all of the pages so you find all of them.
