any way to edit the starting towns?
So make it so all factions have at least their capital fairly developed in the early campaign.
Ex. HRE, make the capital have all the buildings built that are available to be built already built at the start of the game but only up to the regular stone walls upgrade, the one its at now.

I went to data>campaign>early/late>world>maps>campaign>imperialcampaign>descr_strat
You can add any buildings you want to any settlement you want from the start.

Re: any way to edit the starting towns?
Has anyone already done this? Cuz i have never modded anything for this game so i dont know whats labeled as what and im not really familiar with all the building names and at what stage in the settlement there at. And i dont know the names of all the capitals. Cuz it would kind of make sense to have the most advanced military building in a capital for any nation from the start. Or is this actually historically inaccurate?

Most factions have a city as their capital. The most you'll recruit from an "advanced" building in a city before 1400-1500 is some militia.
