I installed rome, patched to 1.5 as instructed, installed RS2 and patch, done all the things i was told to do but i am getting this message upon starting the game, any ideas what this means and how to fix it?

You clould try to reinstall RSII.
Or install RSII in a blank folder and replace the origional .txt from that folder to your real RSII directory in the data folder.

Can you open up said text file, and see what is in the place of line 7?

Have you enabled the 'bloom effect' on the launcher? If you have - deactivate it and see if that helps. I'm not sure that is what this problem is referring to though.
