I am assuming you have only played venilla RTW and none of the MODS, well there is a wast difference in recruitment system amongst them. I suggest you refer to one of the guides for rome tht other forum members made.

You just have the one recruitment building as most factions.

example: the advisor recommended that I must build practice range but I dont have this building ??? in other cities that I have conquered i cant recruit military units at all ??(sorry about my bad english )

In RSII you will have to build a conquered settlement up from scratch - some buildings will work for you and others won't do anything.

The barracks buildings are faction specific - you will need to build your factions own barracks to recruit units.

You will find that it's best to destroy many buildings you can't use yourself - as they could give a negative effect if they are for a different culture. The general advice is to retain the buildings you can uograde to one of your own culture and destroy the other ones.
