Do MODs add uniforms?

Hi everyone,

I have Empire & Napoleon Total War, plus expansions, bought cheaply from internet download. I've been playing Empire Total War, and will graduate onto Napoleon quite soon.

I'm a table top wargamer, and I paint units, so I am interested in uniforms (not just nurses & school girls, although I do have a weakness in that direction ;-) I actually found this forum googling for some uniform details. Lots of plates, descriptions, etc. Very interesting.

Is it possible to add uniforms to Total War?

Very glad to hear that Mods can add uniforms. Is this just for Napoleon, or can (other) mods work on Empire to add unifroms?

There are lot of mods for empire which adds uniforms. But there are also mods which adds complete new soldiers, weapons and canons like our american civil war mod.
But if you would like to be in the empire age, there are
Mods like darthmod and american revolution which adds new units too.
