Aragon montessa knights.

So i started a late-era campaign with aragon (without r/r)and i can build montessa knights chapter house from turn 1 as a building.Is this normal?Does it count as a guild?shouldn't it be offered like the other chapter houses?Could i for exaple build a swordsmiths guild in a settlement that i build montessa knights chapters house?

- Guild System Overhaul
Guilds have been completely reworked.
Both the bonuses of the guilds were changed, as well as the points accumulation system.
Be sure to check what every guild can offer!
Chapter houses have been dropped from the guilds system - they can now be built in only specific locations on the campaign map, but these Templars or Hospitallers can really pack a punch!

Not anymore its just a regular building now.
