Campaign year doesn't show in campaign map

I need help as title says,I've got Medieval II Kingdoms Grand Campaign Map,edited it's descr_strat file and changed 0.5 turn to 1.0.It worked fine for the mod,and the year does shows up in that mod,but when I'm trying to play Medieval II normal or any of it's expansion pack,the year doesn't show anymore in campaign map,and I can only view what year I am in by clicking at faction overview[at faction logo].Can anyone help me to fix this ?Oh and I did not edit descr_strat file file in Medieval II original and it's expansion pack,just KGCM mod.

Go into the descr_strat and take the ";" out from infront of the "show date as turns"

so change this:
;show date as turns

to this:

show date as turns
