i think he is a good member of the forums who will expand to find his true potential here as a civitate. he's a long standing if not overly active member, compared to some, with a strong interest in the debates held here, especially those with a military emphasis.
though his paragraph mentions it not, he also follows the curia as much as is possible for a non civ, and some of his comments in threads in feedback reflect his level of interest.

Honored Members of the Curia,
It is with great joy that I can say I have been asked by the Black Prince to become a civitate under his patronage.
I have been a regular member of TWC since December 2004, being part of the great influx of members who came to TWC after the release of RTW. I joined TWC with the idea that I would find a lot of RTW help but instead I got so much more. I have become wiser the past year and one of the reasons is TWC. The first thing one notices about TWC members is that some of them have strange titles under their avathar, only to quickly realise that these titles are there for a reason.
When an argument was degenerating into a mudfight a civitate would usually move in to either difuse or even intensify the situation with his wisdom and arguments. Examples are Darth Wong, who so often seeks confrontation with right wingers; Ummon, who constantly bashes Islam but in a civilised and intelligent way; and so many other civitates who I do not mean to dishonour by not mentioning them here.
Alas I will not be able to prove my worth as civitate for at least the next 3 weeks because I will be in the first stages of my airforce training but know this: I am truly honoured to be nominated civitates and will do anything I can to act accordingly. I will jump into debates, attempt to difuse situations myself and actively help new members finding their way around TWC.
