How can i delete permanent arrows?

I unchecked the button but it doesn't work is there a file that i need to edit?
i searched the forum a bit but i found answers about ss5.1

Great mod etc etc, just one problem for me.



I like to play with everything cranked up, but permanent arrows are causing my PC some problems when theres thousands upon thousands of them strewn across the battlefield.


I un-ticked permanent arrows in the Setup, didn't work so i edited arrow_impacts or whatever and removed the colon from the fade arrows thingy but it didn't do anything.


Is there anyway way to get rid of permanent arrows?

This one is with fade_time and play_time. At least i don´t have permanent arrows with it.

I hope you have better luck with the second descr_effect_impacts.txt that is now beeing provided for you. If it fails, deactivate your UAC and check the security permissions of the mods folder. See google on howto

Yes if you change it manually be sure to check that, I recommend replacing the files with the ones offered here for now.

It turned out that the problem was the ''read only'' box!
