m2tw version 1.2, although installed kingdoms!

Greetings.

I did as the SS faq writes, unchecked all kingdoms campaigns, and then waited for 1.4 patch, instead 1.3 patch came and was installed.
Surprisingly in game it writes ver 1.2 is active !!!

Will SS run in this madness?

Sorry I specified my problem incorrectly. (I have XP)

The issue is:
With kingdoms.exe I can't run the expansion, it exits after a short while.
With Launcher.exe I can run both M2TW (v1.2) and the Kingdoms expansion.

Will I be able to install and run SS?

i guess you installed a "not" original game installer. i had that too before i bought the original ones

Reinstall the game if it's XP what's wrong. Probably some glitch as that's just a Pic that you see in the game option check the proper .exe file of the game(Right Click Properties). Kingdoms doesn't installs if 1.3 is not present and it updates it automatically.
