High Elf Campagn Recluit Troops

Hi,
I start high elf's campaign and i'm in 35 turn.

I have only 6 region because i can't make troops in my city, i built the building for arcers and "the house of speare" for pikeman and sea guard, but i can't get them.

Rarely i can train unit as photenix body guard and sometime i can retrain pikeman.

I can fix this problem???

Or i don't know how make training of units???

It's not a bug.

Elves can only recruit units during summer. The second requirement is to have port in that city. If You want to play that fraction You should read guide about them, cause it's one of the hardest fractions to play.

While playing elves You cannot loose too many soldiers. Every one is very precious.
