Enemies 'till death.

ok, so i was playing a campaign as rohan, and did really well. i had wiped out isengard singlehandedly (desopite the fact that eriador pretty much gave them half their lands) and i took all the ootmm territorry and alot of gundabad, so i decided to turn to help my eastern asllies in their struggle against mordor
i sent down 3 full stacks of men and generals and took back east and west osgilliath and cair andros, then i took extras and took back minas tirith, gave them all to gondor except east osgilliath in exchange for 2 towns in the west and let them run riot with new found strength.
next turn they are at peace with mordor
i took the black gate and gave it to them for a town in hopes they would go to war with mordor. which they did, then mordor took it back and declared a truce. this has happened 4 times.
now i dont mind taking the black gate and minas morgul and exchanging them for gondor settlements but its still really annoying. gondor arent at war with anyone and have 5 stacks i can see on the borders with mordor but wont do anything
is there anyway in making it so that they are forced to stay enemies? no possibility of declaring a truce like

I'd just leave them to border to each other, they will go in war eventualy, probably sooner than later

Sometimes. I would trade for either West or East Osgiliath and then give it to Mordor. That should make them go at war.

I like playing as the elves (Silvan Elves for vanilla or Mirkwood for FRoME) and its always a bad thing when Mordor and Gondor have a truce. As soon as that happens Mordor generally starts invading the land of the elves. Which is fine, i have no issues with making orc pin cushions haha
