    Default cheat_unit command not working?

So I've been playing the mod for an extreme amount of time, and really love it. Every now and then I like to experiment in the campaign with units. I do this now and then just to try something new.

Heres an example when I got into the Medieval Shell, I go lets say. create_unit "Warboss Camp" "Black orcs" 1 1 1 1 etc. I just have an extreme problem trying to get really any unit that is more then one word working. Some that are just one don't work. Like Goblin or Goblins... The only one I've got working is Pistoliers, if someone could help me on how to get some of these working, I'd be extremely thankful.

Firstly, welcome to the forums Alexander Vascus! It's always nice to see new members on the boards.

Secondly, you'll have to look up the unit you want to create in the "export_descr_unit.txt." Just search for the unit you want and then write down the "dictionary" line. That is what you should put in when using the cheat

i can't use the create unit cheat except skavens armies ... chaos and the other armies names must be different from export_descr_unit.txt
    for example i type :

    create_unit [ city name ] Champion_knights_of_chaos 5 9 3 3

    it didn't work

You want the name in the type row, not the dictionary row. So it would be "Champion knights of chaos". Basically the same without the underscores

    still not working ...

    exp:
    create_unit Hornau Knight Orden blazing sun 5 9 3 3
    err:unit type not recognised

i also try both head letter caps lock and num lock etc.
there must be something about unit folders or kind of but how can we
    find the solution

    Type:
    create_unit "Hornau" "Knight Orden blazing sun" 5 9 3 3
just tested it to make sure it works. You must put the name of the settlements and the unit in speech marks other wise it does not work.

You need quotations in anything that has a space (settlements, character names, and unit names)

    so try

    create_unit Hornau "Knight Orden blazing sun" 5 9 3 3
Don't forget to rep me if you like something I did/ or not lol

In my experience it only works with Skaven and Orges. Nothing else.

yes i agree .. just i said .. it works with units only out of "factions folder" like skaven and ogres etc. for all the other unit - the main file in the faction folder - cheat code can't find the unit description ..
