need help???

Ok I am having a little problem making a rebel army. I can turn the city into a rebel city and i am just unable to make a army for it. Each time I think i have it and start the game it just doesn't start. i been using the tutorial "How to change the starting owner of a province (by Myrddraal)", but i just can't get it to work.

if it helps i am using rtr 6 gold and trying to make greek athens into a rebel city.

Have you moved out the orginal greek army?

Are you using show_err?

If you have the right X Y coordinates have you tried just cutting and pasting in a pre-existing rebel greek army from another city?

Did you try to eliminate the Greeks entirely?

yep just try that it that and it worked
i think i am just having a hard time making a new rebel army

do u mean from the city it self because i have deleted the army that was
garrison there

Right click the RTW /BI shortcut on your desktop, select 'properties' amend the 'target' box, after the end quotes for the path name, type:
space-show_err
eg. "L:\Copy of Rome - Total War\RomeTW-BI.exe" -show_err
It will then run whenever you use that shortcut. Unfortunately not all errors give a message under show_err, look at:

You're using that for your rebel army? If so that would be your problem. You need to go down to the slave/rebel controlled city's and use one of the rebel greek armies and just change the map coordinates. A rebel city will not have a named character.
