Rome:total war not working :s

hey guys ,
i hope u can help me with a little problem i have on RTW.
Basically when i try to start a custom battle or start any campaign it instantly crashes.

yes i have tried uninstalling it (i think i lost count of how many times...)

could it be something to do with the disc ?

It would be more helpful for us to have the entire DX log. Please post everything that comes up in the test window directly to the forum please. And if you could would you please wrap everything in a spoiler tag to reduce page crawl. Thanks!

Hi there.
1) I sure hope that you made a typo when writing the number of ram on your system, other wise the low amount of ram would account for, partly atleast, the problem.
2) Do not use directX11. Use 10, or better yet, 9.
