Proximus' paragraph:When I first arrived and joined TWC I noted a member who was a good poster who helped members whenever they had any problems and his name was Proximus.
He became inactive for awhile and when he returned a couple of weeks ago I was struck by the fact that he wasnt a civitate despite his quality posts and his great desire to help other members, mostly with things related to the Basement.
He is as you probably have figured out a Swede and a nice person to talk to, even if I dont know him in person, he remains polite and mature and seems to be interested in the ways of the curia. He deserves to be a civitate because of what he has contributed to TWC both in the past and in the present...
I've checked and they both have no user-notes at allMy duties and responsibilities as a Civitate by Proximus.
As a Civitate I have the right to participate in the election of new Quaestors in the Curia, and thereby have a saying in how TWC should be managed.
As a Civitate I can also if I find any decision by the Quaestors, Praetors or any other official to be unjust or in any way damaging to the TWC community, question the before mentioned decision and by a vote in the Curia have it overturned.
To help to further improve the community I may also propose new bills in the Prothalamos. I am also of course obligated to honour the rules of conduct of TWC.
If I am made a Civitate I promise to do my outmost to abide by my duties and to help the community everyway I can.
