guys, I haven't voted yet but am asking some advice.
This bod posts almost exclusively in the basement, I am happy to accept that his posts there are very useful but do we need Civitate's to have a broader 'footprint' in TWC as a whole than this?

This was the reason I voted no. I find him not prolific enough. Torment and Justinian voted no or abstained on my previous civitate vote.
