That depends entirely on which version you bought. If you bought boxed editions or through gamersgate, you can simply do a clean / secondary install and only put up to HTTT on. If you've bought them all through say Steam (I presume Impulse is similar), then it's impossible.

Pretty much that, just keep your DW and HTTT installs in separate folders.
