    Default Tax - Population?

    Is it posibble to link the Taxes more to population?

    I'd like to make population to have an increased effect on tax income.

    Edited because it was missunderstandable.

    Can someone tell me how the tax is calculated?
    eg: 1 person pays 0.1 gold so the tax from a city with 1000 population would be 100
    does it work this way or are there other factors?

    Edit: Reading through the guide that does not do what I'm looking for, it gives a population boost when the taxes are low but I want to give the taxes a bonus when the population is high

    SPF_TAX_RATE_PENALTY - population growth from higher taxes (opposite effect to Tax Rate bonus). Normal taxes grants no bonus or negatives to population growth. High taxes and Very High have a negative effect of -0.5% opulation growth each per 1.0.

    so 0.0 would be no penalty. No clou if there can be negative values.

    I think this is the one you're after:

    <factor name="SIF_TAXES">
    <pip_modifier value="1.0"/>
    <castle_modifier value="1.0"/>
    <city_modifier value="1.0"/>
    </factor>

    Probably the I in SIF means income where the P in SPF means population.
