    Default Editing Stakes

    anyone knows how to open stakes model? (data/models/stakes)


    the .mesh to ms3d converter does it fine, but it's missing stuff

    also, what's the texture file it uses? there's a couple but im not sure about them


    there's residences/textures/ and i assume it's that one, but i found no coding in any .txt that assigns the texture to the stake model...

    maybe it works with IWTE, the world editing tool...just a guess

    Stakes use stakes.texture and stakes_bump.texture in the same folder as the stakes.mesh, if you want to change the texture those are the ones you need. I don't think the file is missing anything, it doesn't need a comment or anything.

    i converted it to ms3d and i got an error popup in milkshape saying some groups were missing and such

    about the textures, yea i figured it out pretty quickly

    stakes kill cavalry.. i think even invisible stakes or/with totally different model would still kill the cavalry

    yes just they can be improved...graphically, about texturing.
