    Default 'Sauron is not verified'?

Turn 3, I got a message from the Dark Lord telling me to re-elect him. The Sauron favor interface is gone, with the message 'Sauron is not verified'. This is vanilla 2.1, and like another player who's posted this problem on these forums, I've removed the garrison script. Is this event normal, or should I do something differently?

Edit: Welp, I played some turns as Isengard and it didn't happen, then went back to Rhun and, as before, it happened on turn 3. So I'm guessing it's a set event. But how does it progress? Will Sauron ever be verified?

Edit2: He's back lol, and appointed an advisor. Interesting though how this happened for Rhun and not Isengard. Are these events set for certain turns when the player is a certain faction?

No, I'm pretty sure this shouldn't be happen at all. It never happened to me with any faction.

I guess it must be rests of old vanilla pope-mechanics (as sauron technically is the pope).
