Is this truth? I opened pic of showing of Crip Bandana and this showed up:
When I click Start Protection this comes up:
Should I save it?
I want to know if this is truth or not.

Don't save that file. The URL is crap.
You're only using Windows Defender? Do you have any other anti-virus on that system?
EDIT: I noticed this was almost real-time and wanted to stop you. Conficker is something I've heard of before but never had the pleasure of experiencing. Treat it like a real threat.
As I said before - what other AV program are you running beside Win Defender? Or are you running the MS Security Essentials?
It's possible that the URL is for a mirror in India. As that is probably where you are that URL may not be crap. But I'd still be suspicious if the "Start Protection" button automatically opened a download - it shouldn't have to download anything to scan using an older virus definition.

Get rid of it.
ASAP and yes it is a virus and a bad one if that going off your screenies.
Download a better anti virus.

No!!
For the love of God, don't save that file - it's 'scareware'. You can see how frightening it looks - many people would be shocked into immediately downloading the file - and that's when the 'fun' really starts. Alt-F4, until all windows are closed, restart system and do a boot time scan with something like Avast.
Under no circumstances download such files.
Get yourself either a decent paid Internet Security package, or a decent freeware 'defence network', as I call it. I have Avast, Spybot S & D and Zone Alarm firewall. And remember to keep them all up to date - an out of date AV suite is useless.
Once again, if you get a screen that looks as frightening as that, it's speaking B.S. Yes, your system is infected with something, but if you download that it'll be infected with a whole lot more.A genuine AV software will warn you of viruses in a much friendlier way - for example:
On the subject of Avast, if you do a boot time scan, should you also do one while in Windows?
Yes!! To your system, it's as good as sleeping around with all the girls featured without protection.Damn! Do I get viruses from it (porn)?
So scans can be completed properly while playing a game and files are being read/written to?You can play any game you want during the scan but if your computer is not fast enough it will cause lag and fps drop in your games.
Would Microsoft Security Essentials conflict with Avast or Spybot? I might add that to the defence network if it won't.In the future be sure to have something other than Win Defender on your system to catch viruses - if only as a supplement to your current scheme. Win Defender is not bulletproof (nothing is) but it also needs to be backed by something more robust to catch all. Avast will do for now. Good luck!

I would highly not recommend AVG its crap.
Now give me step by step instructions have to install this. (I'll rep)
Which one should I select?:
I downloaded what Mask Of Gas gave me.
Custom. Avoid that EULA. Install it to whatever file path it wants. Then as soon as it's installed update it. Then run a full scan on your system. Good luck!
EDIT: Don't Panic!

Stop! Donīt do anything!
There are sometimes websites that are scam and full of trojans and they tell you your computer is infected to make you panic and to make you download nonsense from that website THAT INFECTS YOUR COMPUTER!
Donīt use that websites!
Use an official website with a free antivirus program, and stuff like spybot, to check if those files are really infected. I use spybot and Avira, that is enough.
That website sounds not really good. Never go there again or on similar websites!

At this point we don't know what he was up to. But you're correct - there are sites out there that are designed to upload crap to your computer or trick you into buying their "anti-virus miracle solution".
At this point MASKOFGAS and I are just tying to get GSC on an even keel. Both of our suggested anti-virus programs are tried and true but they are not infallible. But something is better than no action at all in this case.
@GSC - add some supplemental anti-virus program to your system. Win Defender is simply not enough. Good luck!
