Weird english armors

English armors of King's Men(foot and mounted) and upgraded heavy swordsmen seems highly unhistorical.
I just can't look at great helmets in duet with full plate armor, it looks just awfuly(and never happened in history), early Heavy Swordsmen looks very fine(brigandine, my love), but I think later armor upgrades should just look like french upgraded armors(which are totally awesome). King's Men looks just weird, can't they look as French noble cavarly?(I know, France was "quite" different, but I don't see cause why they can't have such armors)

Well you people can change it my editing a few lines of the EDU but i can't understand why people don't like them, hell they look unique and are nice.

was it the king's men unit thread? i remember that one. it's odd that the first upgrade looks so nice but the latter ones are ridiculous. the hobilar skins look great on the other hand.

my complaint is on the heavy mail upgrade certain archers have gothic looking gauntlets and greaves. in the ing eleven hundreds!
