Note the save file sized, they increase exponentially after forming italy which makes my autosaves take a very long time. This happens to me after forming any nation. Any idea how to stop this from happening?

Are you running 5.0 or the 5.1 Beta? There is a known issue with ballooning save-file sizes in 5.0, mostly accreditted with resigning/reloading. It is fixed in the Beta Patch.

Don't resign. Every time you resign, and read the history, it adds a ton of size. Always just quit.

You can delete the achievement file(It content, i mean)that probably the cause Since it will rewrite itself over, and over.

The 5.1 patch fixed it. Save file sized are down to normal. thanks guys.
