how to delete victory conditions?

Hey,
ummmm, yea this maybe sounds crazy but this is problem to me. This is what i do:
1. I open startpos esf with esf-editor
2. then i look for VICTORY_CONDITIONS_OPTIONS
3. then i delete VICTORY_CONDITIONS_OPTIONS in the section under the same name
4. i save it, and then press quit
(i wanted to be sure that i got rid of all victory conditions, and i got suprised victory conditions ressurected )
i really wnat to know how to get rid of them

SOLVED!!!

I had outdated version of esf editor. That's why i couldn't delete victory conditions
