Generals- Dread or Respect as related to prisoner treatment

Hey everyone, just started to play this the other day. Fabulous mod, but I wanted to ask about prisoners and the treatment of them after battles. I have searched the forum and have not found anything. I have been playing with Eriador, and after a battle with OotMM, I killed prisoners, so I would not have to fight them again; Aragorn has dippped dangerously close to gaining dread? It does not make sense that he would not execute orcs after a victory. Don't won't to fight these orcs again, but I also don't want Aragorn to become a dread general either...advice anyone?

There's no way to do it without cheating. If you want to remove the trait with the console, open it (~ if you didn't know how) and put in this text:

remove_trait "Aragorn" CaptorDread
