Tips and Tutorials on Vegas Pro 10?

Just got a registered version and would really appreciate some help in using it for better quality videos.

I only have 9 although I might take a look at this 10 and if I like it I might take a further look with unsavory sites that are against the TOS of this site. But all that aside what are the features for 10?

My first time using Vegas Pro of any type. So I have no clue
