If You had 2 which would you assault first

Minas Morgul or The Blackgates of courcse you could just go all the way around from the north or south but who wants to go see Muzlug or Nern

I would assault Dol Guldur and then the black gate. After that I would take barad dur and bring my general who has the ring there just to troll sauron

Morannon: after Minas Morgul there is another bottleneck. After the Morannon there is just Barad Dùr.

I would take Minas Morgul. Holding that essentially stops all of Mordor's attacks on you as long as you can hold it (which isn't difficult), and the castle behind it is almost never heavily defended. The additional time (and thus money) needed to hike up Ithillian to the Gate could better be spent training the units needed to take that secondary castle (which aren't very many) and will give you a head start on converting Minas Ithil to your culture, which assuming you're Gondor means that along with Minas Tirith and Osgiliath you have four cities all capable of producing top tier units right next to each other. As far as I know, there's no better place to raise stacks quickly.

I'd take Coldfells, then Dunharrow and then Hyarmen which will result in a bottleneck at Goblin Town which will then disable Rhun from stack spamming me with Eldar Spearmen who are probably the best unit Eriador can build.
Once the stack spamming is done, I (Gondor) will build a stack of trolls and conquer the Dead Marshes will result in the Orcs of Gundabad being destroyed. Once they are done for I can releave the pressure off Rohan who can then start their assault on Harad while I turn my attention to the Silvan Elves. By that time, hopefully the Dwarves will've destroyed Isengard and severely weakened Mordor who should be reduced to just one region (Adorn). With OOG and Isengard dead, Rhun bottlenecked and Harad under attack and the Silvan Elves also under attack I can divert some of my forces to destroying the High Elves because they are lazy. With all factions under attack now, Eriador can use its master plan by unleashing 20 full stacks of Balrogs with 10 Star Orc Generals who will destroy us all.

That is my strategy.

And after I'm dead I'll conquer Minas Tirith and Exterminate the populace.

Arnor is quite incapable of "pwning" anything.
Considering they lost to a faction the equivalent of the Orcs of Gundabad who can effectively be called a "cannon fodder faction", I highly doubt they could "pwn" someone who has a brain. (Orcs don't have brains, they just follow the guy in front of them).

And the fact that it hasn't existed for 1000+ years...

I would stay back and "protect" the women-folk. Someone has to do it...

There no way for an army to march into Mordor through Morgul Vale according to the books. So according to lore you either have to take the Black Gate or go all the way around.
