Yeah, Most TW games have had demo's.

if I remember correct all the demo's have been released before release.

I've gota feeling the battle report 1 battle between the chosokabe and takeda as they said as we watch this demo. hmmm. The Siege battle. A naval battle and probably something like a campaign where only the shikoku island is available to play in and you play as chosokabe and try to conquer shikoku. Just a thought. Who knows. God smite me down if i'm right.

it does say steamcloud is supported for this game.

so if they already have remote save games built in, maybe they will allow this, but really it will onyl be a smallish tutorial anyway so woulnd;t exactly be too bad if it wasn't

Oh, the campaign is really good to include in a demo.
With one thing and another a scripted battle, as has been the norm in the previous TW demos, just would not have cut it for me. Good to see we can kick the tires of the game bits we use the most and take the true AI for a test drive.
I hope I am correct in seeing this as a sign of the confidence the guys at CA have in their game. I'm starting to believe they really have turned things around.

Er, one question: How big in terms of file size is this demo going to be?
If it's going be any more then a couple of gigabytes i won't even bother to download it. It'd take days for me.
