    Default GREAT MOD!!

Thanks for making this...way cool.! I LOVE it! Deuschland Uber Alles!
I would be pro- american, but not an optioon in this version.

I KNOW this is a beta, and much love and respect-

    just...

    Several questions:
(please keep in mind I've only played through a dozen turns)

1.)- Do we ever see tanks? I.e.- do they suddenly appear in summer 1916?
2.) Are U plannining on incorporating mustard gas? ( like, as a shell type for 12 pounders? )
3.) Can U ever please include airpower as maybe agents? if not combat units?
4.) Do U plan on ever using frontline troop helmet models ( German Imperial spiked & British/American doughboy) or are you sticking with the West Point /Napoleon dress uniform models?
5.) Do you ever plan (PLEASE) on Historical battles?
    (Ardenne, Somme, etc.)
6.) Do you ever plan on upgrading naval units to iron-clads?
7.) With , perhaps U-Boats as agents, if not combat units? ( remember the Lusitania! lol ;0 )

    1) In the future
    2) Research experimental howitzers, then laugh maniacally at the carnage
    3) As agents. flying combat units is not yet possible, but it might be.
    4) Check out the preview thread
    5) Making maps is tremendously difficult, I tried to read the tutorial and gave up half way
    6) try a naval battle, you might be surprised (no models though, as we can't contact our ship modeler for tests)
    7) Interesting idea, but it might make Germany too powerful. I remember that it was theoretically possible to make a agent type that could only move on water.

And thanks a lot for your support

    1. Yes. We actualy made a nice bit of headway with this just this morning. Made me pretty excited.
    2. Gas is already in the game, check out the other artillery. lol
    3. Yep thats already a plan in place add planes and perhaps bombers that are what you know as agents on the campaign map. They will be able to dogfight and bomb enemy buildings, oh and recon enemy areas obviously.
    4. You really need to read around the forum some more, we completed and implemented alot of helmets and hat's ready for the next release, and there are screenshots in the preview thread.
    5. It's something the whole team has talked about, and we want to do it, we've looked at how to do it and it is hard. That being said, definatly as the mod progresses we will try to get them in.
    6. Yes. However, adding new naval models is by a long way the hardest aspect of NTW modding.
    7. Agent's can't go on water, but I had the concept for sub's that their model would merely be a periscope slightly above the water level. This then makes subs very possible and we've already had some nice success with torpedo's. So providing we can nail down the model problems for the naval aspect we do plan to convert it all.
    8. All this being said, we do plan to convert the whole game. If it becomes possible to do, we will do it.
    Thanks for your support!

Nice Great War models- +1 rep.

P.s.- glad my random post helped get us here , although I must apologise for NOT knowing we already had flamethrowers, stormtroopers, mustard gas and dreadnaughts, lmao.

    This game rules!!!

Btw- will we ever see an American 1917-1918 campaign?

    *crossing fingers.

Thank you Sir! I'm glad you liked that model. And about the model of German stormtrooper, I just wanted to present them in a steel cuirass and grenades as seen in the photographs. If they are not needed, then I will not make a model German stormtrooper that would not have to waste time? If I understand you correctly?
About U.S. Army 1917 - 1918 I'm happy to help but I have no pictures.

Wow, those models are both very nice.

I'm afraid your English isn't too clear, are you offering us those models, or just displaying?

Your models are very good! They would require importing through the E:TW file format (limiting variations), but I'm excited about what you can make! We have considered making this kind of model for the 'newer' infantry types.

What are your terms of cooperation? At the moment I am creating a model of French, Russian and British infantry in 1916. And as the model of German storm troopers.

Credit for the models is yours, along with the honour and glory of posting the screenshots in the main forum.

Of course, you would be added to the list of team members.
