issues with artillery

hi, i have problems with artillery on the battles ( i dont use mods with NTW ) when they fire on the enemy or enemy fire me.. my fps ( frame por second ) are so slow.. like 1-5 and my normal fps are 50-60
when i play battles with not artillery all are fine.. when my artillery are stop or runing.. dont have problem so.. the big problem is when they shoot any tip for this issue? or maybe any mod for change artillery?

tip: with win7 i dont have problem but with win xp i have that problem

Sounds to me like you already know the solution. Just use Windows 7 when playing NTW

yeah but i have 3gb ram and i have problems with ram with 2 total war xD so that i use win xp

Which 2 total war? I play RTW, M2TW, and ETW on Win 7 64bit.
