naval_sink_modifier float
Quick Q:
what does this line in descr_campaign_db.xml autoresolve section do?
<naval_sink_modifier float = "xx.x"/>
(I know the float means it's a floating point value
)
I've seen values of 1.5 and 65.0 - seems a large discrepancy.

I'd imagine that 65 is trying to cause sea battles to end in sinkings for the defeated as often as possible.

Hmmm. I think I'll go with something nearer 10 or 20, I'd like to give defeated ships a chance of escaping.
