    Default BSOD

I have just decided to play a game that I haven't played in a while (M&B:Warband)
And when I played a game of MP, the game was forced to close due to an error.

So I tried it the second time and this time, the screen blurred a bit and I got a BSOD.
So can someone tell what the issue could be?, I've been looking for awhile around google, but I'm not sure what could be causing it.

What's the error message in the BSOD and which O/S you're running?

    Win 7 64
BSOD dissapeared to quickly to read.
All I can tell is that it happened during a MP match.
Also tried to get the message again, but no luck so far.

When was the last time you cleaned out your case? Or is it a laptop? Do you know how to monitor heat levels on your system? Honestly it sounds like its either heat related or a memory problem. What happens after the BSOD? Does the system automatically reboot itself?

    It does reboot itself.

About the temp, my CPU has never gone over 60 and my GPU rarely over 65-70
Cleaned my case about 3 weeks ago.

Well I don't own that game so I can't offer too much. But a very quick and dirty search gave me a couple of sites pointing out crashes with M&B related to DirectX 11 and shader problems. Solution seems to be to try the game in low graphics settings and test to see if it still crashes. If it doesn't then bump everything back up until you find the sweet spot. Hope that helps. If not try asking in the games forum - maybe someone there owns the game and has more useful info. Good luck!

You can disable the autoreboot so you can get the info.

    Follow the instructions here:

    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/window...-windows-7.htm

to stop the system auto rebooting - then you can post the error message on the BSOD.

    This:

    http://download.cnet.com/bluescreenv...-10965136.html

will provide you with a txt. file that you can post here for a more detailed look at the issue if necessary.

There's probably no need. What graphics card do you have?

That's your problem. Warband isn't stable with anything past 10.6, I believe.

You could have a PC issue a lot, but since the CCC is known to cause a lot of issues with Warband, chances are it's that.

Well since it's my first BSOD and CCC is the cause of it I think/hope it isn't my pc.
