Unexpected CTD during battle

I'm recieving this message from time to time during a fight "Medieval 2: Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit."
I don't get any other information about the crash.
I've been checking other topics as well and I've seen that some system.txt are atached, how can I do it so I can give you some more information about this problem.

Firstly welcome to SS, sorry to hear of your problem with Battle CTD's.

The System Log is found under Sega/MTW2/Mods/SS.

Also it would be useful to know what your operating system is and what graphs card you have?

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate Edition
Video Card: ATI RADEON HD 5670 (been trying other Drivers, was using 10.11, then 10.12, now 10.5, heard it is more stable. Still having the same issue)

There goes the log aswell, thanks a lot for the help.

this systemlog doesn't trace errors so it is impossible to say what have gone wrong... I don't know how to activate the error tracer, but there should be instructions here on the forum if you do a search, although you could wait until another user tells you how to change that...
