Pergamon Recruitment

I seem to not be able to recruit some Pergamon units (on all cities and towns even the capital) such as their Phalanx units and their Legionary style units (which were mentioned on the "previews") despite having the top barracks and and an upgraded city. Is this is a scripted event that's suppose to happen later on and I being able to recruit those units or am I having issues with bugs?

well I'd tone down the style first! no need for the colour to be so vivid or font so large, we can see the default font and colour just fine

Have you built an AOR (Army Rations) building, you need that to get the top level units. The scripted event in terms of rebellion etc only happens if you play as Rome.

Problems fix boss thanks Army Rations it was.

Hated playing as Rome at VH and even medium with Hannibal and the Carthaginians running around Northern Italy, a rough start. Pergamon has a much more funner pace.

no problem. Pergamon is great, good balance, good starting position. You will need to take on Seleucia and Ptolemy before too long and the Macedonians can never be trusted. Macedonia is another interesting start, you'll be fighting the free Greeks straightaway but they have powerful troops. I tried Parthia last night too, nice starting position and you can have fun with the HA armies.

Asia minor has a crap load of bridges that works great for baiting phalanx and chariot spamming Seleucids. On that note tried the Seleucid faction t'was a nightmare a faction to manage, great units though.
