can't play the game

ok. i''ve installed rome, patched it to v1.5 and then installed RS2 and patch 2.1
i double clicked that icon on the desktop, selected de faction but whe clicked play i've got that error stupid error.. please help

Is UAC off?
Where did you install it?
Do you have BI and ALX, and do they work?
Does vanilla work?

uac on
installed on rtw folder
dont have BI and alx
vanilla doesn't work anymore

well although this solution is for another problem ..... but give it a try once ....... install RS2 on a folder somewhere else ...... say desktop ..... and then manually paste it in the folder where you have your RTW ..... caz wt happens is sometimes the operating system wont allow automatic overwriting in program files folders ....... so ..... manually overwrite it .............

Did you not make a copy of RTW folder, you should have.Go into options and in the corner it will say the version, It should say 1.5.Also turn UAC off, It's terrible for mods.
