    i've just started playing this mod and i like it quite a bit (especially the different set ups and start dates) but i think that battles don't last long enough, (i am comparing this to the Stainless Steel and to Deus lo Vult mods as i havent played vanilla in a very long time).

    i have only played a handful of battles so i could be wrong but units seem to rout a lot faster than what i am used to and they seem to move faster as well leading to shorter battles, does anyone else notice this too? if so do you think this is bad? and how can it be changed?

    hmm it may be the ai not sure though sorry I cant be more help

    as said Codix, the AI+ the level of difficulty + the stats(export_descr_unit) would change something.

    And the Germanicus'AI, (my favorite), very harsh, very violent, and not too lagging as the Darth(maybe just one question of adaptation...?)

    You have also the Savage AI, the Lusted AI who are the basis of the Germanicus' work, if I am right.
    The files are theorically compatibles as well, but ever back up the original files, by prudence, if you want enjoy the diversity of the modding's work less become nervous just because some files aren't compatibles.

    Unzip to your deskop and add the files one after one:

    MTW2\mods\SicilianVespers\data

    What was the composition of the opposing army? If iut was mostly low grade units, I imagine this could be the cause.

    Also, what difficulty were you playing?
