Flaming arrows hit hard at troop moral but have less accuracy.

Regular arrows have more accuracy.

Use flaming arrows against heavy units and normal arrows against light units.

As has been pointed out fire arrows take longer to shoot and are less accurate.

I think they use up more ammo, abot 50% more I think.

probably a mix up of the smoke effects. I know that's how the blood mod used to work and it involved messing with what the smoke effects were.

I think one of the galleaci skirmishers has those fire pilas, in multiplayer they have them for sure.
