    Default Neapolitan soldiers?

Can anyone link me to any examples of Neapolitan uniforms or articles on the Neapolitan military in this time period? I'm asking because I've enabled Naples in TROM 2, mostly because that region sees almost no action and I'd like to change that, but they don't have a single unique unit, something I'd like to change. I can't model or anything but I thought I'd give it a shot in the mod proposals, you never know who might be willing to help.

Any accounts of the French invasion of Naples or anything from the Neapolitan war would be very helpful, so far I haven't found anything substantial. Information on the other Italian states (Sardinia, Sicily, Venice, etc.) is also welcome.

Extracted from the stickied Useful websites thread http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=384319
    Naples:

    Also look at

The Collection contains nearly 20,000 prints, drawings, watercolors, and printed book and magazine illustrations of military costume as well as military medals, regalia, insignia, coats of arms, and regimental flags, from most times and places except the United States. While it covers ancient to modern periods, use with a bit of caution as on very close inspection some items have not been catalogued correctly. The first link is to uniforms by country whereas the second is to subject area. This is the page of links to Italy (look under Two Sicilies http://digitalgallery.nypl.org/nypldigital/dgtitle_tree.cfm?title_id=773362&level=2&tword= )

As to books it might be worth having a look at: http://www.amazon.com/Napoleons-Ital...der_0275968758 (review at http://www.napoleon-series.org/revie...c_schneid.html)

Also worth a look as St Cyr commanded the French army of Naples -Vie du Maréchal Gouvion Saint-Cyr By Jean Louis Camille Gay de Vernon (baron)http://books.google.com/books?id=9t5...page&q&f=false
Volume 2 of of "Mémoirs pour servir à l'histoire sous le directoire, le consulat et l'empire" by Laurent Gouvion Saint-Cyr (marquis de) covers the 1806-1808 period but I haven't been able to track down a download (vols 1,3 & 4 are available but they cover service elsewhere)
