CTD conquering last city before killing the royal family of a faction; anyone else this problem, has someone an solution please help
Fist of all hello and thanks for this great mod.
Havent been in the Forum for al long time and because i forgot my pw i had to create a new account.
Now my problem: I am playing SS6.4 no submods. Playing HRE and finishing siege to bari which is the last sicilian town i get always an ctd after battle when doing Conquer/Plunder/Exterminate population. Doesnt matter if autoresolve or not. using the search i have found a similiar problem for 6.3 but there was no solution. It has something to do with the Elimination of an other faction. if other factions are destroyd by AI No problem.
Oh and as HRE i am excommunicated, somewhere in the forum i read someone who has an similiar problem is excommunicated to.
Update: Killing the royal family in the field i am able to destroy the faction and can later conquer the cities without problem, i only wonder if i always have to proceed like this and what happens if the ai conquers the last city before killing the family.
