Custom battle stats vs euro campagin stats?

Hey so I'm planning to write a ntw guide to round out my collection of guides for the TW games and I wanted to know are custom battle units identical to euro units of the same name? its going to take long enough to get all the units form the Italian and Egypt campaign having to get them all from the euro campaign, which is by far the biggest will be very time consuming. Any easy way to access unplayable faction stats besides custom battles? like say the Bedouin units stats which ill only be able to see some of because i cant view their units cards.

This goes double for factions like the ottomans which are a pain to reach in the Egypt campaign and if their unit stats are different to their custom battle unit stats or the ottoman ones in the euro campaign it will be a real pain to catalog them.
